really really nice , i suggest you clean up the paper in photoshop or something (brightness and contrast) its such a great image, but the crincles in the paper spoils it. else, awesome image.

Hey taintra thanks for the crit but I kinda like the scabby feel to the paper Im in a way tryin for that look Wormwood gets with his pics, Ive even considerd screwing them up (ta dave) for a realy aged look ,what doyou think?

i dont know, it just doesnt look right. (in my opinion) if u want the aged look i guess u can achieve that in photoshop/painter, by adding a layer or something over it. cause at the moment it doesnt look aged, it just looks messy..

still a brilliant pic but the shading/outlines of the leg are abit to strong... it forces me to focus at the knee whenever i try to take a look on it

I 'think' his arms are a little short just a tad....
and if you wanna give it that aged look yes bring it to PS and add in a layer and paint in some browns and tans with some rice paper texture to look of old paper 9+

Very nice. The back leg's anatomy bothers me though, its a little off. Do you ink your work? Think would look really neat in ink, just my opinion. You have some good concepts for the outfits your characters wear. Where do you come up with it?
For an aged look, i agree with the others. Just change the hue of the paper to a more natural/neutral color, which could also let you creat cool effects by using whites to enhance the subject highlights even more. (just a suggestion, i dont think you need to do this)
I also think that the forearms may be a tiny bit too short.
The face is awsome and i like the pose!

BigKate I think the outfit Ideas come from tryin to design a practical costume the cariture might wear then try to make it a little less boring.
KittyKat I was going for them big arms like gymnasts have through hanging out in trees all day (elfs not gymnasts) but I think your right thay are a tad to short. cheers all.

Not on par with Raven Deserter, but a good rendering.

I like the layers, various buckles/straps/ornamentations you put in your drawings. It gives the figures character and a "real place" feel.
